Vlasta Kučiš, Dr., is a full professor at the Department of Translation Studies of the University of Maribor (Slovenia). Her research areas are Translation Studies, Transcultural Communication, Translation Theory and Legal Interpreting. She is head of the international TRANS-network (Transcultural Communication and Translation).
