Albrecht Horn, Prof. Dr. habil., has been active in teaching and research as well as in multilateral diplomacy, including as Director in the General Secretariat of the United Nations. In this capacity, he has dealt with issues of international economic and social order. He is a member of the Presidium of the Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt Regional Association of the DGVN and a member of the Academic Council of the UN System.
