The book series Cultural Crossroads: Greece and Beyond explores modern Greece’s interfaces with its neighbouring countries and modern Greek culture’s interfaces with its neighbouring cultures. It deals with geographical, historical, sociological, linguistic and artistic aspects of Greek culture within the context of its relationships with other societies and cultures. Topics from many disciplines in the humanities are addressed through innovative and interdisciplinary approaches, with focusses on intercultural dialogue, interactions with non-Greek cultures, interconnections with Greece’s neighbours and discussions about minorities and majorities.
