Agnes Goldhahn studied GermanPhilology, History and German as a Foreign Language at Leipzig University. This was followed by teaching positions at the Herder Institute there and a DAAD lectureship at Masarykova Univerzita in Brno (Czech Republic), where she defended her dissertation in 2016. Since 2015, she has been working at the Department of German Studies at the Univerzita Jana Evangelisty Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem (Czech Republic). Her main research interests are language of science and corpus linguistics.
