Alif Cahya Setiyadi is an interdisciplinary lecturer and researcher at the University of Darussalam Gontor (Indonesia). He completed his Ph.D. in Arabic linguistics at the Oriental Institute at Leipzig University (Germany) in 2024. His scholarly work is focussed on Arabic linguistics, particularly the morphopology and syntax of Arabic. His current research focusses on advancing the field of teaching Arabic for non-native speakers in the Indonesian context.
