Anastasia Schachoff (Shakhova) holds a doctorate in Translation Studies. Her particular research interests include the politics of translation and the role of translation in the development processes of translation studies discourse as well as interdisciplinary and interdiscursive academic exchange at an international level. Anastasia Schachoff is also a sworn interpreter and authorised translator for German and Russian.
