Anastasiya Kornetzki, born in Jasinovataya (Ukraine), did her Master’s degree in English studies at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. During her doctorate at the Leipzig University she did an extensive research in the field of linguistics, exploring the manifold nature of intertextuality.
