Andreas Zach received his first music lessons in 1984 in the youth wind orchestra in Guben. He studied Music Education, majoring in Percussion, followed by a second degree in Trombone at the Department of Music Education at the former Lausitz University of Applied Sciences in Cottbus. Today he works as a freelance musician and music school teacher in the Cottbus area.
