Caitlin Boulter is a researcher at the European Centre for Minority Issues in Flensburg. She also works as an author, editor, lecturer and project manager. She studied in Sydney, Uppsala and Göttingen. She currently undertakes her Ph.D. in Political Sociology at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
