Christoph Strosetzki studied Romance Philology and Philosophy at the universities of Düsseldorf, Trier, Cologne, and Berlin (FU). He has been working at the University of Münster as a professor of Romance Philologysince 1991. His research focusses on the history of concepts and ideas, humanism and the literature of the 17th to 20th centuries in France and Spain.
