Constanze Wünscher studied Latin, Russian and Physical Education at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and taught Russian Literature there. Currently, she is teaching at a high school in Thuringia. Her research interests lie in the field of Russian literature of the 18th and 19th centuries.
