Duc Minh Nguyen studied Law in Hanoi and Göttingen. He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Potsdam in 2007. Since 1994 he has been a research assistant at the Institute for State and Law Vietnam. The author of textbooks and numerous articles in professional journals, he lectured on business and financial law as a private lecturer at the National University of Hanoi, at the Center for Distance Learning of Hue University and at the Institute of Cooperatives and Private Enterprises of Vietnam.
