Elvira Manero Richard studied Spanish Philology at the University of Navarra. She received her Ph.D. in Spanish Linguistics there. Since 2008, she has been a lecturer at the Universidad de Murcia. Her research and teaching activities focus on phraseology and paremiology, pragmatics and text linguistics.
