Franziska Heidrich, Dr. phil., has been a research associate at the Institute of Translation Studies and Specialized Communication at the University of Hildesheim since 2013, where she works in the field of technical translation from English and French as well as technical writing. Her research interests lie in the technical translation process, communication optimization, and communicative efficiency.
