Hans-Jörg Döhla received his Ph.D. with an edition of the two Old Spanish manuscripts of Calila e Dimna and his habilitation on differential object marking in Ibero-Romance creole languages of Asia. He is a research associate at the Department of Romance Studies at the University of Tübingen.
