Helmut Müller-Enbergs, Dr. phil., is a research assistant at the Stasi documentation authority in Berlin. He has participated in the Sighet symposia and summer school since 1995. Also, he has been a member of the advisory board of the Fundaţia Academia Civică since 1999.
