Johannes Frische received his doctorate in the field of globalization research after studying Arabic Studies, History and Religious Studies at Leipzig University. Several study and research stays took him to Morocco, Tunisia and Syria. He conducts research as a junior fellow at MECAM in Tunis (Tunisia).
