Jürgen H. Franz studied Information Technology at TU Munich, as well as Philosophy in Hagen. He got his Ph.D. in both subjects. He was head of the Research Department at the German Aerospace Center and visiting professor at IIT Delhi, TEI Crete and others. www.juergen-hugo-franz.de
