Julia Neu studied Translation with the languages French, Spanish and English at the Faculty of Translation Studies, Linguistics, and Cultural Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Germersheim, where she earned her doctorate in Romance/French Studies. Since 2004, she has been a lecturer in Germersheim at the Department of Intercultural German Studies.
