Katarína Zechelová, Ph.D., studied German and Aesthetics at Univerzita Konštantína Filozofa in Nitra (Slovakia) and the University of Vienna (Austria) and received her Ph.D. from the Institute of World Literature of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava (Slovakia). Her research focuses on comparative literature, especially Viennese modernism.
