Lisa Wolfson works on political performance in the digital age from a theater and media cultural studies perspective. Her teaching and research interests include anthropological aspects of media, figures of the comic, discourses of foreignness, media representations of transculturality, representations of Roma in theater and media, and aesthetics and politics in contemporary Russia.
