Márta Fata, Prof. Dr., is a historian and adjunct professor at the Institute for Danube Swabian History and Regional Studies at Tübingen University. Her research focusses on the history of migration, in particular migration relations between Central and Eastern Central Europe in modern times, the history of minorities, the confessional and social history of Hungary in modern times and the history and culture of remembrance of the Hungarian Germans.
