Martina Behr is a translator and interpreter. After many years of working as a freelance conference interpreter and teacher at Saarland University, she was a research assistant at the Faculty of Translation Studies, Linguistics, and Cultural Studies of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in Germersheim. In 2019 she became a professor for Translation Studies at the University of Innsbruck.
