Nadine Rack-Hellekes studied German and Protestant Theology in order to qualify as a primary school teacher. In addition to her work as a teacher (in Rhineland-Palatinate) she is a research assistant in the Department of Literature and Media Didactics at the Institute of German Studies at the University of Münster.
