Nadja-Christina Schneider is a professor for Gender and Media Studies for the South Asian Region (GAMS) at the Institute for Asian and African Studies of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Her main area of research is in the interrelationship between processes of medialisation and sociocultural change in India.
