Norbert Geiss has worked as a teacher, as a lecturer for data processing / computer science, and as a department head at a large commercial school. There he directly experienced the development of the electronic computer. Also, he has actively dealt with didactic and organizational questions of computer use. The adaptation of educational curricula in the field of information and telecommunications technology was one of his tasks.
