Peggy Germer, Dr. phil., is a qualified teacher of Russian, German as Second Language, Geography and Social Studies/Legal Studies/Economics. She works at the Centre for Teacher Education, School and Vocational Training Research at Dresden University of Technology. She completed her doctorate in Slavic Linguistics at the Dresden Institute for Slavic Studies.
