Sabine Seelbach

Sabine Seelbach, Prof. Dr. phil., completed her doctorate at Leipzig University after her studies of Philosophy and German Philology. Her habilitation in Heidelberg was followed by guest professorships in Osnabrück, Freiburg i. Br. and Vienna, among others. She has been Professor of Early German Language and Literature at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (AAUK) since 2011. Her research focusses on German and Latin literature of the Middle Ages and the early modern period. She has been head of the project "Virtuelle Benediktiner-­Bibliothek Millstatt" (Virtual Benedictine Library Millstatt) project at the AAUK since 2016.
