Sascha Kiefer, Dr. phil., has been an adjunct professor in the Department of German Philology at Saarland University since 2018. His main areas of work and research include Theodor Fontane, Gerhart Hauptmann, Thomas and Klaus Mann as well as the German novella in the 20th and 21st centuries.
