Stefan Felber, Dr., leads the Gemeindehilfsbund (Church Support Association) near Hannover (Germany) and teaches at Staatsunabhängige Theologische Hochschule Basel (Private Theological University Basel). The ordained minister of the Bavarian Lutheran Church taught the Old Testament at St. Chrischona Theological Seminary for 22 years. He is married and has three children.
