Sylvia Weber studied Gallo-Romance Philology and Linguistic Informatics at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, where she also received her Ph.D. in 2020. Her research interests lie in the interdisciplinary area between computational linguistics and linguistics with a special focus on historical linguistics.
