Thomas de Vittori is a professor (Maître de conférences) at the institute INSPE of Académie de Lille – Hauts de France (Université de Lille). He also works at Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Lens of Université d’Artois. His research focusses on the history of mathematics and its transmission to students, the history of ancient, Arabic, and classical geometry, and concepts of space and place.
