Victor Neumann after studying History and earning his doctorate in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest, has researched and taught at numerous universities and institutes in Europe, Israel and the USA. He is a professor at the Universitatea de Vest din Timişoara (Romania) and a renowned specialist in the cultural history of Central and Southeastern Europe with a focus on inter- and multicultural research.
