Agnès Welu first studied History and German Philology at Université Lumière, Lyon 2, and in 2000 began a second degree in Intercultural Specialized Communication (Translation and Interpreting) at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Since 2005 she has been working as a freelance translator and interpreter in French, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
