Alexander Künzli has been a professor of Translation Studies at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Geneva and Head of the German Department since 2012. His research focuses on translation quality assurance, subtitling, and the translation of Swedish literature. He teaches translation revision, research methodology, and audiovisual translation, and is editor-in-chief of the translation studies journal Parallèles.
