Brigitte Horn-Helf, Dipl.-Übersetzerin, Dr. phil. (Mainz-Germersheim), Dr. phil. habil. (Leipzig), has 25 years of practical experience as a technical translator (eight years of which in industry and 16 years as managing director of a translation agency), since 2006 she has been teaching at the FASK/FTSK of the University of Mainz.
