Conchita Otero Moreno, Ph.D., is a Germanist, Hispanist, translator and conference interpreter. She teaches and researches at University of Hildesheim in the field of Translation and Interpreting Studies. During several years of teaching and research stays at foreign universities, she has participated in numerous didactic innovation projects on language and cultural mediation. She is a founding member of the international research group Alfaqueque and the author of several works on interpreting didactics and comparative cultural studies.
