Isabelle Hardt has been working as a research assistant at the "Sudetendeutsches Wörterbuch" department of the Collegium Carolinum Munich (a branch of the University of Giessen) since 2007 and as a lecturer at the JLU Giessen in the fields of (lexicographic) dialectology, Germanic linguistics / language history, and medieval language and literature.
