Judith Pietschmann completed her doctorate at Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg in 2017. As a lecturer in the Department of Speech Science and Phonetics, she teaches and conducts research in the focus areas of oral communication in institutional contexts, qualitative and quantitative speech effects research, prosody in interaction, and communicative competence development in professional qualification.
