Lars Steinhorst, Dr., attorney-at-law, was a research assistant at the Chair of General Administrative Law, Building and Regional Planning Law and Administrative Theory at the University of Potsdam from 2002 to 2009. His field of activity there included, in particular, police and regulatory law.
