Martin Knust studied Musicology, School Music, Protestant Theology and Philosophy in Greifswald, Berlin, and Dresden. Doctorate in 2006 in Greifswald. Lecturer for music history at the University of Greifswald. Since 2001, numerous publications, especially on Wagner, in professional journals, congress reports, daily newspapers and radio.
