Piotr O. Scholz, Prof. Dr., 1944–2016, was a professor at the Chair of Comparative Art History of the Institute of Cultural Studies of Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Poland). His research focussed on forms of visualization of cultural phenomena on the border between Orient and Occident.
