Tove H. Malloy, Prof. Dr., teaches European Studies at the Europa-Universität Flensburg (EUF) and Global Studies at Roskilde University (RUC). She is a political theorist by background, specialising in the political and legal aspects of national and ethnic minority rights in international relations and international law, especially in the European context.
